In a world that moves fast, I found myself longing for stillness — for grounding, calm, and quiet space. I never expected to find it in caring for a single Alocasia plant I picked up one day from Trader Joe’s. But that quiet act of tending sparked something deeper — a new rhythm rooted in presence and care.
Finding sculptural, tropical plants in healthy, beautiful condition wasn’t easy at most large retailers. So I began sourcing them myself — curating and collecting the kinds of foliage that brought me joy.
